Day 2: Machame Gate to Machame Camp (3,000m/9,840ft)
Transfer to Machame Gate (1,800m/5,905ft). Begin the trek through rainforest

Day 3: Machame Camp to Shira Camp (3,840m/12,600ft)
Ascend through heath and moorland. Pass the Shira Plateau
Reach Shira Camp for overnight stay

Day 4: Shira Camp to Barranco Camp (3,950m/12,960ft)
Trek across Shira Plateau. Ascend to Lava Tower (4,630m/15,190ft)
Descend to Barranco Camp for acclimatization

Day 5: Barranco Camp to Karanga Camp (3,995m/13,106ft)
Traverse Barranco Wall. Hike through alpine desert

Ascend to Barafu Camp, the base for the summit push

Summit Attempt - Barafu Camp to Uhuru Peak (5,895m/19,341ft) and descent to Mweka Camp (3,100m/10,170ft). Start the summit attempt around midnight.Reach Uhuru Peak at sunrise
Descend to Barafu Camp for a short rest. Continue descent to Mweka Camp for overnight stay

Day 8: Mweka Camp to Mweka Gate
Descend through the rainforest Reach Mweka Gate (1,640m/5,380ft) and Collect summit certificates
Transfer to the hotel in Moshi for celebrations and rest as you depart to your next destination.
